Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy on all items, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Any issues with your order must be raised to us within 48 hours of receiving your item. A partial refund of up to 60% will be given on any suits that are made to order including items from the ready to ship collection.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for all return fees and shipping. Delivery costs are non refundable once delivery has been made.

Certain elements are shown by the brands for illustration purposes only and are not included in the final product. As such there can also be a variation in the cut and size of the final garment from that shown in the pictures advertised.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Excess and loose threads are normal for hand stitched clothing and do not qualify as a quality issue or deemed defective.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on sale, discounted items, or gift cards and will be at our discretion should we choose to consider providing a refund in accordance with our returns and refunds policy.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If your return has not been approved, then you’ll be required to pay for the postage to return the item back to you. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@noorjahan.ca
